SCALE-UP Urban Node Antwerp announces launch of e-bike fleet in 2022

From the SCALE-UP Urban Node Antwerp, Smart ways to Antwerp has released a News Article, detailing the Antwerp Transport Regions’ collaboration with commercial partner Donkey Republic. The shared bike fleet operator is going to launch 1.650 e-bikes around the City of Antwerp and several adjacent communities at the beginning of the upcoming spring season.

More sustainable modes of mobility, which also allow for a more flexible and individual way of moving around urban centres perfectly complement more traditional public transport modes. A successful implementation of the service into the wider Antwerp transport network would be one step closer to realising a modal shift for a greener & healthier future in individual transport.
